Sarah joined Tullamore Pet Hospital in 2019. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but has a particular passion for internal medicine, emergency critical care cases, diagnostic imaging, clinical pathology, and senior pet health. She has a special affinity for cats and strives to create a calm, fear-free environment during vet visits. Her greatest joy is helping pets enjoy their later years with vitality and comfort.
Committed to continuous learning, Sarah earned a postgraduate certificate in Small Animal Medicine (GPCert SAM) in 2023 and is currently working towards Advanced Practitioner accreditation in the same area alongside a certificate in Diagnostic Imaging.
Outside of work, Sarah likes walking her German Shepherd Ted and relaxing with her rescue cats—Jenny, whom she raised from a tiny kitten, as well as Maya, Tim, and Tom. She also finds pleasure in reading, listening to podcasts, hiking, and travel.
